J. Kirk McKinnon - Director

J.A. Kirk McKinnon has served as our President, Chief Executive Officer and a director since April 2006. He brings over 25 years of Senior Management experience to the Company. Mr. McKinnon is currently President and CEO of both MacDonald Mines Exploration Ltd. and Red Pine Exploration Inc., both of which are resource exploration companies headquartered in Toronto, Canada. Previously, Mr. McKinnon held senior management positions with several high profile Canadian corporations, including Nestle Canada.J.A. Richard Schler- Director

Richard E. Schler has been our Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and a director since April 2006. He is also currently serving as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of both MacDonald Mines Exploration Ltd. and Red Pine Exploration Inc., both of which are resource exploration companies headquartered in Toronto, Canada. Before joining these companies, Mr. Schler held various senior management positions with noted corporations. He also has over 25 years of experience in the manufacturing sector. Richard E. Schler has been our Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and a director since April 2006. He is also currently serving as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of both MacDonald Mines Exploration Ltd. and Red Pine Exploration Inc., both of which are resource exploration companies headquartered in Toronto, Canada. Before joining these companies, Mr. Schler held various senior management positions with noted corporations. He also has over 25 years of experience in the manufacturing sector.

Kenneth M. Tompson - Director

A graduate of the University of British Columbia, Mr. Tompson is a Professional Geologist with over 30 years experience working as an exploration geologist in the oil and gas industry.  Mr. Tompson is a founder and currently serves as the Executive Vie-President and COO of DualEx Energy International Inc, a publicly-traded oil and gas explorer working in Eastern Europe and North Africa.  Mr. Tompson was a founder and past president of Honey Badger’s predecessor company Telkwa Gold Corp.  Mr. Tompson is a registered member of the Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists, and Geophysicists of Alberta and the Canadian Society of Petroleum Geologists.

Michael Marchand - Director

Dr. Marchand is currently a VP exploration and Director of Honey Badger Exploration Inc, and a registered professional geologist working as an independent mineral resource consultant in the area of business development for both diamond and metallic minerals explorers. He has served numerous public companies since 1994 as a director and in a variety of executive positions, including president.  Prior to becoming an independent consultant, Dr. Marchand worked for major energy companies, spatial software development companies, and the Government of Canada.

He is a Professional Geologist (A.A.P.E.G.A.) registered in Alberta, a Fellow of the Geological Association of Canada and a member of the Canadian Society of Petroleum Geologists, American Geophysical Union, the Prospectors & Developers Association of Canada, the Calgary Mineral Exploration Group and the Canadian Institute of Mining & Metallurgy. He currently serves as a director for the Prospectors & Developers Association of Canada and has volunteered extensively over the past 30 years in an assortment of executive and organisational positions in a variety of technical societies and as a primary organiser of a number of technical meetings.

Peter Liabotis, CA - Director

Peter D. Liabotis was appointed to the Audit Committee and to the Board of Directors of the Company during 2009.  Mr. Liabotis is a Canadian Chartered Accountant with over 13 years of post-qualification experience, having qualified in Ontario during 1997.   Mr. Liabotis articled for both KPMG in Mississauga, Ontario where he audited mainly retail and manufacturing organizations and PriceWaterhouseCoopers in Hamilton, Bermuda where he audited investment funds, insurance companies and local retail clients.  From 1998 to 2008, Mr. Liabotis worked for Olympia Capital, a hedge fund administrator where he served as Senior Vice President – Chief Financial Officer.  Notable during his tenure at Olympia Capital was leading the process of selling the business to a European public investor, overseeing the treasury function and designing its internal control system and management information system.  Upon returning to Canada in July 2008, he was employed as first as a consultant and then as a salaried employee for EFG Canada, a subsidiary of EFG Bank , a Switzerland private bank.  At EFG Canada he assisted in launching a Canadian mutual fund to retail and institutional investors.  Given Mr. Liabotis strong accounting and auditing background, diverse and international work experience the Company believes that he will provide a unique prospective to both the Board of Directors and to the Audit Committee.
